About H.I.N.S.I.B.
(H.I.N.S.I.B.)  is a company that provides professional offshore survey and inspection of vessel flagged in Honduras. Our country is open registry; accept ship owners of any nationality who are interested to register their ships in the marine administration of Honduras (DGMM).

History

H.I.N.S.I.B. (HORIZON) was founded in 1981. HINSIB was prime candidate due to the increasing number of smaller tonnage vessels being registered in Honduras which required a surveying organization that could provide quality and personalized service at a competitive fee structure. Since that time, HINSIB has established a quality worldwide network of inspectors distributed among every major port of the world and has consequently received surveying authority from the government of Honduras.

Mision

To provide recognition services, inspection, and issuance of technical certificates to ships registered in the Merchant Navy on behalf of the authorized Governments and in accordance with international conventions.
